Simple, Transparent & Convenient Delivery

At Sahil Pharma, our goal is to make your medicine ordering experience simple and convenient. We currently serve customers online across Jhajjar City, Haryana, with delivery options depending on your location, order and availability.

1. Delivery Within Jhajjar City

Free delivery is available within a 5 km delivery radius, subject to order acceptance and applicable service availability.

If your delivery address falls within our defined 5 km service radius, no standard delivery charge will be added to your order.

5 km ke andar = Standard Delivery FREE *

*Free delivery is subject to service availability and order acceptance.

2. Delivery Beyond 5 KM

If your delivery location is outside the 5 km service radius, additional delivery charges may apply.

The applicable charge will depend on factors such as:

• Delivery distance
• Delivery partner/courier charges
• Order size or package requirements
• Delivery urgency
• Availability of delivery service

Any applicable delivery charge will be communicated before order confirmation.

There will be no surprise delivery charge added after your order has been confirmed.

3. Fast / Express Delivery

Need your order urgently?

We may be able to arrange fast/express delivery, depending on your location and delivery availability.

Fast delivery is a separate delivery option and may carry an additional charge, including applicable third-party delivery/courier charges and applicable taxes.

Before confirming an express delivery request, we will communicate the applicable charge to you.

Fast Delivery = Additional Charges May Apply

Express delivery availability and estimated delivery time are subject to delivery partner availability, distance, traffic, weather and other operational factors.

4. How Delivery Charges Are Calculated

Delivery charges are not necessarily based only on the medicine value.

Where applicable, charges may be calculated based on:

Distance + Delivery Type + Delivery Partner/Courier Cost + Applicable Taxes

For example:

Standard Delivery
Within 5 km → FREE

Beyond 5 km
→ Applicable delivery charge will be communicated before confirmation.

Fast / Express Delivery
→ Additional express delivery charge may apply.

This keeps our pricing transparent while allowing us to arrange the most suitable delivery option for your location.

5. Order Confirmation

Submitting an enquiry, prescription or medicine requirement does not automatically confirm an order.

Your order will be considered confirmed only after:

1. Medicine requirement is reviewed.
2. Prescription is verified wherever required.
3. Availability is confirmed.
4. Medicine price is communicated.
5. Applicable delivery charges, if any, are communicated.
6. Customer confirms the order.

No order is considered final until confirmation is provided by Sahil Pharma.

6. Prescription Medicines

For prescription medicines, a valid prescription may be required before the order can be processed.

The quantity and medicine supplied will be subject to prescription requirements and applicable laws/regulations.

Sahil Pharma reserves the right to decline or hold an order where the required prescription, information or verification is not available.

7. Delivery Time

Delivery time is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery time.

Delivery may be affected by:

• Traffic conditions
• Weather
• Courier/delivery partner availability
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer availability
• Medicine availability
• Other unforeseen circumstances

For urgent requirements, customers are advised to contact us directly on WhatsApp to check whether fast delivery can be arranged.

8. Address & Customer Availability

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and contact number.

If the delivery partner is unable to complete delivery because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient or other customer-related issue, additional delivery charges may apply for a re-attempt, where applicable.

9. Delivery Charges & GST

Where applicable, delivery charges will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

Any applicable taxes/GST will be charged as required by applicable law.

The final amount payable will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

10. Important Note About Free Delivery

Free delivery applies to standard delivery within the defined 5 km service radius.

It does not automatically apply to fast/express delivery, special delivery requests, or locations outside the standard service area.
