Refund and Returns Policy

At Dharam Pharmacy, we are committed to providing genuine medicines and healthcare products. Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical and personal care items, we follow a strict return and refund policy.


1. Medicines (Rx & OTC)

All medicines, including prescription (Rx) and over-the-counter (OTC) products, are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.

This policy is in place to ensure product safety, storage integrity, and compliance with healthcare standards.


2. Cosmetics & Personal Care Products

Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, personal care, and hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

A return or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Missing item in the order

To request a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear proof (photo or video) may be required

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging


4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved after verification:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 working days

Delivery charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.


6. Prescription Medicines

Prescription medicines are dispensed only against a valid doctor’s prescription. Orders may be cancelled if prescription verification fails.
